Hilly Hundred (Monroe County)

Date:
Sat 10-07 7:00am - Sun 10-08 5:00pm
Description:

The 50th annual Hilly Hundred will be held October 7-8, 2017, in scenic Monroe, Morgan, Owen, and Brown Counties. The event is sponsored by Central Indiana Bicycling Association (CIBA).

The riders will take on the hills riding about 50 miles each day, returning to Ellettsville where the Start - Finish Line is.

Hams are used at all Rest Stops and as APRS SAG's. To be a SAG (Support And Gear) vehicle, you need to be able to carry at least 3 bicycles and riders. Of the 5,000 + riders each day, not all will finish and the SAG's will carry them to either Rest Stops or to the Finish Line. They are dispatched by an APRS Net Control to make better use of time and urgency.
